Sahil Dhingra is a Knowledge Management professional specialising in enterprise knowledge systems, content governance, taxonomy design, metadata management, and AI-ready knowledge ecosystems. With experience across consulting and professional services environments, he helps organisations transform dispersed information into structured, discoverable, and reusable knowledge assets that support business performance and informed decision-making.

His expertise includes establishing and scaling end-to-end knowledge management programmes, designing governance frameworks, developing taxonomies and metadata models, optimising enterprise search and content discoverability, and enabling knowledge platforms for AI-assisted retrieval and RAG-based environments. In his current role, he supports both Global Capability Center (GCC) and central Knowledge Management initiatives, driving knowledge strategy, content lifecycle management, governance, user adoption, and platform optimisation.

Prior to this, he worked at EY, where he managed content curation, harvesting, sanitisation, taxonomy management, governance, and knowledge asset maintenance, helping improve content quality, compliance, and discoverability across enterprise knowledge repositories.
