Lukas Wünsch is the Founder of Connected Knowledge and Vice President of the German Knowledge Management Association (GfWM). He brings nearly a decade of experience in Knowledge Management across consulting and industry, spanning KM strategy, Communities of Practice, organisational learning, knowledge ecosystems and AI-enabled knowledge work.
Alongside his role as Head of Portfolio at MHP, he works with organisations and KM professionals on connecting knowledge, collaboration and AI to strengthen organisational capability and decision-making. His approach combines practical experience, research, community work and strategic sparring, with a focus on turning fragmented knowledge into sustainable organisational capabilities.
- Assessing KM maturity and developing Knowledge Management strategies and programmes
- Designing knowledge ecosystems, Knowledge Architectures and Communities of Practice
- Strengthening organisational learning, knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams and functions
- Supporting AI Readiness and AI Adoption from a knowledge and organisational perspective, including Microsoft 365 and Copilot
- Providing strategic sparring and facilitating workshops for KM leaders and executives
