About This Course
Knowledge management isn't working the way we need it to

Data is trapped in silos. Expertise goes unshared. Culture stays stuck. Traditional KM approaches are often systems-heavy and process-focused, which can miss what actually drives knowledge flow: human connection, psychological safety, and the courage to share what we know.

This intensive reimagines KM through creativity. Using painting, storytelling, and guided reflection, participants explore how arts-based interventions unlock tacit knowledge, build trust, and transform how organisations share what they know.

Across four half-day sessions, you move through the Five Pillars of Knowledge-Sharing Culture, recovering intuition, communication and conflict management, confidence and courage, facilitative leadership, and big picture thinking. You leave with a concrete 30-day implementation plan ready to bring Radical KM to your team.

About the Radical KM Methodology

Radical KM was developed and originated by Stephanie Barnes through years of consulting practice and published research. The approach has been presented in academic journals and at conferences around the world, and has been explored by practitioners worldwide. This course is the live, applied version of that body of work, designed for direct implementation in your organisation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions before registering
Is the course recorded? Can I watch the sessions later?
Yes. Sessions are normally recorded so participants can catch up if they are called away for a few minutes. However, the course is designed around live participation, including the arts-based activities, group experience, and real-time peer engagement. Recordings are deleted after the course ends.
Do I need any art experience or creative background?
None at all. The course is designed specifically for professionals who do not consider themselves creative. That is part of the point. You will work through that assumption together.

Sessions normally run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time. If there is a large contingent of participants from another part of the world, the schedule can be adjusted to better suit their time zone.
How many participants are in each cohort?
Cohorts normally include 5 to 10 participants, keeping the sessions interactive and experiential while allowing meaningful peer engagement.
