A Knowledge Management and AI Enablement leader with more than 17 years of experience helping organisations improve performance through better access to better knowledge.

Most recently, built and led the Knowledge Management function for PwC Middle East Consulting for 6 years, serving approximately 3,000 consultants across multiple countries. During this time, developed the KM strategy, governance framework, knowledge platform, learning programmes, KPI structure, AI-enabled knowledge workflows, and operational processes that enabled consultants to create, discuss, organize, find, share, and reuse knowledge more effectively.

Prior to PwC, worked as a Knowledge Management Consultant with Knoco, one of the world's leading specialist KM consultancies, and also held KM roles within Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA). Experience spans consulting, professional services, government, utilities, defence, healthcare, media, manufacturing, and financial services.

The approach is pragmatic rather than theoretical — focused on helping organisations operationalise knowledge management, embed it into day-to-day workflows, and increasingly leverage AI to improve knowledge discovery, reuse, and decision-making.
