Nardos Delelegn Bogale
Knowledge Management, Organisational Learning and Communication Consultant
Nardos Delelegn Bogale is a Knowledge Management, Organisational Learning and Communications professional with more than 12 years of experience spanning monitoring, evaluation, learning, knowledge management, communications, academia, and development programmes. She holds a BSc in Midwifery, a Master of Public Health, and an MBA in Project Management, bringing together technical health expertise, programme management, evidence use, and organisational learning.
Her work focuses on helping organisations make knowledge work for people and for impact — moving beyond simply collecting and storing information to creating practical systems that capture experience, connect people to knowledge, strengthen learning, support better decisions, and preserve institutional memory. Her approach is practical, human-centred, and grounded in the realities of organisations working in complex and changing environments.
Nardos has extensive experience designing KM strategies, strengthening knowledge governance and repositories, facilitating learning and reflection processes, developing knowledge products, supporting digital knowledge systems, and embedding knowledge sharing into organisational workflows. She is particularly passionate about helping organisations prevent the loss of valuable knowledge during transitions and turning individual experience into organisational capability.
- KM strategy and organisational assessment — assessing current KM practices, identifying gaps, and developing practical KM strategies, roadmaps, governance structures, and implementation plans.
- Organisational learning and reflection — designing and facilitating Pause & Reflect sessions, After Action Reviews, learning events, knowledge cafés, communities of practice, and other approaches that turn experience into learning.
- Knowledge capture and institutional memory — developing practical approaches to document critical knowledge, good practices, lessons, innovations, and institutional experience before it is lost.
- Knowledge systems and digital repositories — advising on knowledge bases, repositories, information architecture, content organisation, searchability, and adoption of digital knowledge platforms.
- Knowledge products and storytelling — transforming technical evidence, programme experience, and data into clear, engaging products that support learning, decision-making, advocacy, and dissemination.
