Negar Rasi Mohammadi

Negar Rasi Mohammadi has dedicated more than a decade to conducting foundational studies and developing a comprehensive understanding of knowledge management within Iran's banking system. She played a central role in the practical implementation of KM at Bank Mellat, one of the country's major financial institutions, which is now used as a model by other organisations in the sector.

With 26 years of teaching and consulting experience, she has participated in national KM conferences, presented implementation experiences, and supported organisations across both public and private sectors in designing and executing comprehensive knowledge management systems.

Her executive experience spans vision development and roadmap design, knowledge governance, knowledge culture building, expert and retiree knowledge capture, and aligning KM with business strategy. She brings a rare combination of deep institutional experience and continuous active consulting practice.
