Radhika Dhingra
Working at the intersection of knowledge, learning, technology and social impact
Radhika Dhingra is a development professional working at the intersection of knowledge, learning, organisational development and social impact, with experience across South and Southeast Asia. She has worked with organisations including UNICEF, supporting teams to think more strategically, learn from experience and embed a culture of learning and adaptation.
Her work spans knowledge management, learning, evaluation, facilitation, adaptive management and organisational development, alongside designing tools, processes and platforms that make learning part of how organisations work. She uses approaches such as Most Significant Change (MSC), Learning Loops and After Action Reviews (AARs) to help teams surface insights, question assumptions and turn experience and evidence into better decisions and action.
Radhika is particularly interested in decolonising development practice and creating spaces where diverse forms of knowledge, local perspectives and lived experience can shape how organisations learn and make decisions. At the heart of her work is a simple goal: helping organisations think better, learn continuously and adapt with purpose.
