Sasan Rostamnezhad

Sasan Rostamnezhad is a Knowledge Management Consultant, Lecturer, and CEO of Dana Knowledge Management Group with more than 15 years of experience helping organisations develop and implement knowledge management and organisational learning initiatives. He has worked with organisations across energy, oil and gas, mining, steel, banking, insurance, manufacturing, utilities, transportation, and government sectors, supporting projects in KM strategy, maturity assessment, knowledge mapping, lessons learned, knowledge retention, and AI-enabled knowledge management.

He serves as a member of the Steering Committee of the Knowledge Management Excellence Award and as an international mentor in the KM Peer Mentoring Programme organised by KM4Dev and SIKM. He is a Certified Productivity Specialist (CPS) accredited by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO), an approved management consultant through VetAssess Australia, and has completed management consulting development under the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) framework.

Sasan is also a contributing author for KM Insider, an approved Knowledge Management Instructor for the National Standards Organization of Iran and the Government Management Training Center of Iran, and a member of the Iran Management Consultants Association. His approach combines international best practices with practical implementation experience to help organisations transform knowledge into measurable business value.
