Payment does not constitute the purchase of a product, certification, or guaranteed outcome. It grants access to a specific professional discussion session.
Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered only in cases of session cancellation by Smritex.

Smritex sessions are discussion-led and experience-based. Content reflects the perspectives and professional judgment of invited speakers and participants.
Smritex does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, business results, or solutions to organizational challenges.
5 Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. This includes:

- Maintaining confidentiality where appropriate
Smritex reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, promotional, or inappropriate behavior.
6 Intellectual Property
All session content, materials, and recordings (where applicable) remain the intellectual property of Smritex and/or the respective speakers.
Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share session content without explicit written permission.
7 Confidentiality and Attribution
Discussions may include sensitive organizational experiences. Participants are expected to respect confidentiality and avoid attributing comments to individuals or organizations outside the session without consent.
8 Sponsorship
Sponsorship of Smritex sessions supports the forum financially but does not grant editorial control, promotional speaking rights, or access to participant data.
Smritex maintains clear separation between sponsorship and session content.
9 Limitation of Liability
Smritex is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in sessions. All discussions are provided for professional reflection, not as advice or instruction.
10 Changes to Terms
